1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ZD22 Game ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the ZD22 Game platform – whether through a browser, mobile device or any other means – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of ZD22 Game after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking back periodically for any changes.

2Eligibility

To register and use ZD22 Game you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZD22 Game is strictly an adult-only platform. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request documentation at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted through the standard registration process.

3Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ZD22 Game. Duplicate accounts – whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same payment method or different combinations of personal information belonging to the same individual – are strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number and valid payment details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. ZD22 Game will never ask for your full password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. ZD22 Game is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials voluntarily or failing to secure your account.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. You will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account balance.
• Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in the normal course before the account is closed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ZD22 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods and applicable limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times can vary slightly depending on the method used and network conditions, but most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are near-instant.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are set and displayed at the point of deposit. These may be updated periodically and the current figures are always available in your account section.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed according to your VIP tier. Gold tier and above receives priority processing. Platinum tier players benefit from same-day processing. Diamond Elite players have withdrawals processed on a 24/7 basis.
• Identity verification: ZD22 Game may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard requirement and you agree to provide requested documentation promptly to avoid delays.
• Same payment method: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated by support.
• Declined transactions: ZD22 Game reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where verification requirements have not been met.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ZD22 Game offers bonuses, cashback and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly at the point of the offer. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms here and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonus credits carry a wagering requirement – a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the specific offer terms. Sports betting, fish games, slots and live casino may each carry different contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or any other behaviour designed to exploit offers – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on ZD22 Game are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. Sports betting markets – including cricket, Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals, domestic cricket, football and esports – follow standard industry rules for settlement. Key principles that apply across all gaming activity:

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. Do not assume a bet has been placed if you have not received this confirmation, particularly during high-traffic periods such as PSL match days.
• Errors and technical issues: In the event of a technical error during a game round or bet placement, ZD22 Game will investigate and settle the matter fairly based on available records. Bets placed during a system error may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the point of play. These limits may differ across account tiers.
• Obvious pricing errors: If a betting market is offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a human or system error, ZD22 Game reserves the right to void the affected bets at its discretion, regardless of whether the bets have been settled.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football and esports are subject to suspension at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless they are affected by a specific exception described in the market rules.
• Game provider rules: Casino games, fish games and slots are supplied by third-party game providers. The rules of those games are governed by the respective provider's game logic. RTP and game mechanics are set by the provider.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZD22 Game. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Laundering money or using the platform for any financially illicit purpose
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or markets to manipulate outcomes
• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in threatening, harassing or offensive communications

8VIP Programme

ZD22 Game operates a six-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Diamond Elite. All registered accounts are enrolled at Bronze level automatically. Progression through tiers is based on wagering activity over the qualifying period.

• Tier progression: Moving up a tier requires meeting the wagering threshold for that tier within the relevant period. The thresholds are displayed on the VIP page and are denominated in PKR.
• Tier maintenance: VIP tiers may be subject to a maintenance requirement. If activity falls below the threshold for your current tier during the review period, your tier may be adjusted downward accordingly.
• Cashback: Cashback percentages increase at each tier and are paid in PKR on net losses within the qualifying period. The specific cashback rates for each tier are stated on the VIP page.
• Account manager: Players at Gold tier and above receive access to a dedicated account manager. This service is provided by ZD22 Game and is subject to availability.
• Programme changes: ZD22 Game reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, thresholds, cashback rates or benefits at any time. Existing tier holders will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

9Privacy and Data

ZD22 Game collects, processes and stores personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process transactions in PKR, verify player identity and provide customer support. The full details of how your data is handled are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sharing data with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa where required to complete transactions, and with identity verification providers where applicable.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Requests of this nature should be submitted through the customer support channel. Note that certain data may need to be retained for a minimum period for record-keeping and fraud prevention purposes.

10Responsible Gaming

ZD22 Game is an entertainment platform and we take our responsibility toward players seriously. Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

11Limitation of Liability

• ZD22 Game is not liable for losses arising from network outages, device issues, internet connectivity problems or other technical failures outside of our direct control.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, opportunity or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12Changes to These Terms

ZD22 Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through an in-platform notification or by email to the address on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.
